Cody Sterling
Over two decades in Special Operations. Dozens of deployments in support of the Global War on Terrorism. Three years as Program Manager of one of the U.S. military's most demanding Assessment & Selection programs — responsible for identifying elite performers under conditions of stress, ambiguity, and consequence.
Through those experiences, Cody learned firsthand that talent alone isn't enough. Character, grit, and judgment are what sustain performance when the stakes are highest. Those lessons became the foundation for The Sylent Method — a proven system now used by organizations seeking to apply battlefield-level discipline to their hiring and talent selection strategies.
